Welcome to KatakWin. This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and KatakWin ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern all use of the website, mobile app, services, games, and any other features provided by KatakWin.

To register and use KatakWin's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be 18 years and above at the time of registration. KatakWin does not permit use by underage individuals under any circumstances.
• You must be a legally eligible individual to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Use of the KatakWin platform is not prohibited by any laws, regulations, or policies in force in your country or region of residence.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are registering solely for your own personal use.
• You have not been found to have violated KatakWin's terms, and your account has never been suspended or terminated previously.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. KatakWin carries out a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations. You may be asked to submit valid identification documents for verification purposes.

KatakWin reserves the right to reject registration applications, suspend, or terminate any player's account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where the information provided is found to be inaccurate or misleading.

Your KatakWin account is exclusively yours and may not be shared, transferred, or used by any other party. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account, whether authorised by you or not.

• Keep your password secure and never disclose it to anyone, including KatakWin staff.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security, provided free of charge for all accounts.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, contact KatakWin's support team immediately.
• KatakWin shall not be held liable for any losses arising from your negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

All balances in your account are gaming credits held within the KatakWin platform. These balances cannot be transferred between different accounts and are subject to the withdrawal terms set out in Section 4.

You may choose to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3–5 business days once all relevant investigations are complete and any eligible balance has been settled.

KatakWin supports a wide range of local Malaysia payment methods including FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All financial transactions are processed through infrastructure protected by 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your funds.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction.
• Deposits via FPX and e-wallets are typically credited within 1–5 minutes after successful payment confirmation.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• KatakWin reserves the right to decline or return suspicious deposits without providing a reason.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 hours for fully verified accounts.
• Full KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal request is processed.
• Funds will be credited to the bank account or e-wallet registered under your name only.
• KatakWin reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits as part of its compliance procedures.

KatakWin offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion, and the terms in this section are the baseline conditions applicable to all bonuses unless stated otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses must meet the specified wagering (rollover) requirements before any withdrawal is permitted. The standard rollover rate ranges from 5x to 20x depending on the bonus type.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has an explicitly stated validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically without compensation.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Payment Method Restrictions: Some bonuses may not be available to players using certain payment methods. Full details are stated in the relevant promotional terms.

• Result Validity: Game results determined by the system are final and may not be contested unless there is clear, verifiable evidence of a technical error.
• Connection Interruption: KatakWin is not liable for losses incurred due to internet connectivity disruptions on the player's end. However, any technical issues originating from our systems will be resolved fairly.
• Betting Limit: Each game has minimum and maximum betting limits that are set and displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary depending on the game type and membership status.
• Live Casino Games: Live casino game results delivered by a real dealer are final once the round is closed. Any dispute must be raised before the next game round begins.
• Sports Betting: The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the applicable odds, regardless of any subsequent changes. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled.
